At Club Eildon, we commit to delivering unparalleled quality and sustainable craftsmanship. Our returns and refunds policy operates in strict accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to guarantee your absolute peace of mind.
1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our low-tox athleisure collections come with inherent guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Major Failures: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
  • Minor Failures: You are entitled to a repair or replacement if the failure is minor and remediable.
  • Price Integrity: Any refund issued under ACL guarantees will precisely match the transactional price paid at the time of purchase.

2. Discretionary Returns (Change of Mind)

We curate our premium low-tox performance wear with the utmost care; however, we understand that preferences may shift.
  • The Rule of Purchase Price: All approved change-of-mind refunds or credits will reflect the exact purchase price on your receipt. Items acquired during promotional events or archive sales will be refunded strictly at that promotional value, not the full retail price.
  • Eligibility: We offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Garments must remain pristine, unwashed, unworn, and free of cosmetics, perfume, or deodorant marks. Original packaging and tags must be completely intact.

3. The Assessment Process

To initiate a return under our consumer guarantees or discretionary policy, please observe the following protocol:
  • Notification: Contact our Concierge Team via hello@clubeildon.com with your order number.
  • Evaluation: Upon receiving your garments, our specialists will conduct a meticulous quality assessment.
  • Resolution: Approved refunds are processed promptly to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

For valid claims under the Australian Consumer Law, Club Eildon will bear all reasonable return transit costs. For discretionary change-of-mind returns, the client assumes responsibility for secure, trackable return shipment.
