  • Mindful Preservation: While we prioritise pristine, low-tox mediums, we occasionally give a second life to pristine, recycled standard materials to further prevent environmental impact.

Returns & Exchanges

We anticipate that your selections will exceed expectations. Should an item require adjustment, our concierge team is at your disposal to facilitate a seamless transition.

  • The Grace Period: We offer a fourteen-day return window for all full-priced acquisitions.
  • Exchanges & Refunds: Alternations are accommodated graciously, with options for a size exchange or a complete refund to your original payment method.
  • Change of Mind: For discretionary returns, return shipping arrangements and costs remain the responsibility of the patron.
  • Imperfections & Faults: Should a creation arrive with an unforeseen flaw, Club Eildon will assume all return carriage expenses to rectify the matter.
  • Prerequisites: Items must remain pristine, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and bearing all original accoutrements and tags intact.

On occasion, Club Eildon offers exclusive access to forthcoming creations prior to their official release. This allows you to secure highly anticipated pieces in advance of their arrival.
  • Timeline Transparency: Estimated dispatch dates are meticulously detailed on the respective creation's page at the moment of reservation.
  • Consolidated Shipping: Orders containing both pre-orders and current collection pieces will be held to ship in a singular, unified parcel. For immediate delivery of available pieces, please place separate acquisitions.
  • Fulfillment Nuances: Listed timeframes remain sophisticated estimations. Should unforeseen artisanal or logistical delays occur, you will be notified directly via email.
  • Immediate Priority: Upon arrival at our Melbourne atelier, your reserved piece is prioritised for immediate preparation and courier dispatch.
